It can be difficult to assess your actual storage needs before selecting an email account plan. Often, users eventually realize that the selected plan's allotted disk space is not enough. The best solution is to select a plan that provides abundant storage to cover needs well beyond your estimated needs. Alternatively, you can simply upgrade your account when your current plan runs out of space.

There are several reasons to select a high-storage email plan for yourself or your business:

• Room for incoming mail = Email is often a primary means of communication, so incoming mail can rapidly accumulate in your mailboxes. Users with low storage space often have to sort through and delete messages to make room for incoming mail. Our high-storage plans provide you with enough disk space for your incoming mail.
• Storing important messages = Many email users prefer to store certain messages in their mailboxes. However, too little storage can force you to delete (or store elsewhere) messages you consider important. With our email accounts, you can sign up for a plan that offers enough storage to meet your expected needs, and if the provided space proves insufficient, you can simply add more.
• Storing messages with large attachments = Email messages often include large attachments, such as pictures or media files. Storing such messages quickly eats up space on basic email accounts that have a small amount of disk space. Selecting an account with generous disk space enables you to store even large email attachments for as long as you like.
• Multiple mailboxes require increased storage = If you are using your email account for business purposes, you probably have several active mailboxes affiliated with your account. As incoming mail accumulates in your mailboxes, you may quickly run out of storage space. Selecting a plan with abundant storage can prevent even larger-scale businesses from running out of storage space.

Our feature-rich, personalized email accounts are available with a wide range of storage. Complete, Deluxe, and Premium Plans come with 100MB, 1GB, and 2GB of disk space, respectively. Whatever your storage needs, we have an account for you. If you do run out of space, you can always add additional storage through your Account Manager.
